Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, write to us at: nobadsideas@outlook.it telling us the reason for your decision.
Simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging, departing within 14 days of receipt, making sure to adequately repackage the returns to avoid any damage occurring during transport. Once you have received your goods, you will be issued a refund within 7 working days. Our policy lasts for 30 days and we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for any returns of items received in perfect condition, as ordered. Items can still be returned, but only if they are in the exact condition they were received in, so please make sure they are well packaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is not in the correct condition. For example, if you want to return an item that arrived in perfect condition but that you no longer like and you regret the purchase, you must return it in the perfect condition in which it arrived. This is why we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
- However, if you received an item damaged during transport, with missing parts or of a different size or design from the one ordered, it is not necessary to send the item back to request a refund, but you must still send us exhaustive photographic documentation of the item received. In this case the refund will be issued immediately.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
