Shipping policy

Being a brand that operates with the Print on Demand (POD) formula, we personally take care of Order Management, with Customer Assistance at every stage of purchase, including any Complaints, Returns, Refunds. The Shipping and Delivery phase is managed by our Production Partner, who chooses, depending on the destination address, the most suitable shipping company to deliver the products within the established times. As soon as the products leave the production center, a Tracking Link will be activated through which the Customer will be able to follow each phase of Shipping up to Delivery.

Of course we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. However we are not Amazon and cannot match their delivery times ;-). Furthermore, since the products are made on request, a production time of 3 to 7 days must be considered (in the case of a large number of orders, production times may be longer, but in any case no longer than 7 working days). Shipping and delivery times are guaranteed within a maximum of 10 days (depending on the degree of difficulty in reaching the final destination and the courier system available for the area). Therefore the times that elapse from the moment of the Order to Delivery can vary from a minimum period of 6 days (3 days of production + 3 days of shipping) to a maximum of 15-17 days (5-7 days of production + 10 days shipping). If the maximum limit is exceeded beyond 30 days, the Customer has the right to request a partial refund equivalent to the Shipping Cost incurred.

NOTE: Most of our customers are international, so the initial shipping phase of the items takes place via airlines. This means that we must follow their guidelines when packaging products. You may therefore receive an item with a packaging system that is not exactly aesthetically pleasing, this is because we must prioritize its integrity during transport.
